Both. One-to-one sessions run online by default so you can book them around your day. Teams in Paris and Île-de-France can choose on-site sessions.
A course follows a syllabus. Coaching follows your calendar. Every session is built from a real meeting, pitch, negotiation or interview you have coming up, and you get feedback on recordings within 24 hours between sessions.
Most clients report a shift between week four and week six: less translating in their head, faster answers, and more confidence taking the floor. Every programme ends with a written report against the goals we set on day one.
