How team English training works, from audit to final report

From first audit to final report.

1
Step 01
The audit

A one-to-one assessment with every employee. We map their level, identify their personal needs, and set immediate objectives: the goals their training will be measured against.

You get: the Team Fluency Report
2
Step 02
The personalized program

Each employee gets their own program, built from their objectives and their actual work: the meetings they run, the calls they take, the emails they write.

3
Step 03
Training that fits the calendar

Sessions are booked person by person, at whatever hour fits: 7:30 before a standup or 21:00 after the day. Nobody blocks an afternoon for training.

4
Step 04
English inside the work week

Between sessions, employees send WhatsApp voice notes and clips from real work situations and get precise fixes back, so practice happens inside the routine, not on top of it.

5
Step 05
Reports where the budget lives

At mid-point and at the end, HR or the director receives a written report: each employee's progress against the objectives set at the audit.

You get: mid-point report + final report

The spoken-English audit for your team

So what exactly is the audit?

A structured one-to-one assessment with every employee. We map each person’s level, identify their personal needs, and set immediate objectives: those objectives become their personalized program, and the baseline your reports measure progress against.

Classes book around the work day (early, late, between meetings) and the rest happens over WhatsApp during normal work. Nobody blocks an afternoon: sessions are scheduled per person, at the hours that fit their week.

No. The audit sets personal objectives for each employee, and each one gets a personalized program built around their own meetings, calls and writing.

Three documents: the audit report at the start, a mid-point report, and a final report, each showing progress against the objectives set at the audit. Coaching conversations stay between coach and employee.

€490 for up to 10 employees, then €35 per additional employee. It’s a one-off fee, and there’s no obligation to continue afterwards.

Per person, by team size: 2 000 € each for 1–3 people, 1 800 € for 4–7, 1 700 € from 8. The calculator above gives your total; the plan that follows the audit confirms it.

Sessions run online by default so each employee books around their own day. Teams based in Paris or Île-de-France can choose on-site sessions; we agree the format during the audit.

Teams that already work in English and lose ground in meetings, client calls or written follow-ups: sales, finance, product, support, leadership. The audit tells you exactly who needs what before you commit to a programme.

You’ll know exactly where your team stands before you spend anything on training.
